The guest house features ample free parking, making it easy to venture out, though the serene setting beckoned us to stay a while longer. Breakfast was an extensive affair with everything from fresh fruits to a well-cooked traditional Scottish breakfast. As someone who appreciates a good pot of tea to start my day, I found the brew to be among the best I've had outside my own kitchen. Though we were only there for a short stay, this establishment is a gem worth returning to, especially for adventure lovers seeking a convenient base in the Scottish Borders.
