During my recent short stay at a charming guest house in Innerleithen, I was impressed by how well it balanced traditional warmth with modern comforts. The spacious en-suite room provided a clean and comfortable environment, perfectly suited for a restful night after a long journey. Upon our arrival, Guy welcomed us warmly and offered a list of local dining options, which proved invaluable as we explored the area. The guest house features ample free parking, making it easy to venture out, though the serene setting beckoned us to stay a while longer. Breakfast was an extensive affair with everything from fresh fruits to a well-cooked traditional Scottish breakfast. As someone who appreciates a good pot of tea to start my day, I found the brew to be among the best I've had outside my own kitchen. Though we were only there for a short stay, this establishment is a gem worth returning to, especially for adventure lovers seeking a convenient base in the Scottish Borders.
